There were a lot of things to think about in this episode. The one that sticks in my mind is the idea of possibility of moving Tyrus this off-season because of the emergence of DJ White. I can see where something like that may be a benefit from a cap perspective, but I’d rather make the effort to sucker some team into taking Boris Diaw. Watching him play power forward makes my brain hurt.

great show guys. not saying this in a condescending way at all, but you two do not sound your age. very good podcast, not at all what i would expect from high school and young college folk.
Excellent broadcast, very well thought out and executed.
But how do ya’ll have the motivation to put this much effort into discussing the product that MJ currently has out on the floor? It’s fucking abysmal, I couldn’t even bring myself to watch an entire game in the past couple of weeks and I haven’t missed a game since the 05-06 season. =(
Good listen. My take is pretty simple. Johnson sold the team to a guy who can’t afford to be an owner. The new owner can’t afford to re-sign or keep his star players and the Hall of Fame coach is frustrated and very disappointed with that issue and he finds a way to exit the show. The people that got screwed again by Bob Johnson are the fans and ultimately the new coach :-<
