		<description>The luxury tax threshold will decrease over the next 2 years, so the Bobcats are playing the waiting game to see where the salary cap/luxury tax lies.  It is just as frustrating to me to see no action, but in this market and given the Cats propensity to avoid signing big free agents, I think we're already looking at next year's team minus some lower tier big man cast off that we will undoubtedly sign just before training camp.</description>
